A web resource to accompany the book
These handouts are intended to support lecturers. Hand one out to each student and invite them to add their own notes as your lecture. Each handout give a concise overview of the chapter content. They can also be used by students and practitioners as a study aid. Having one by your side as you read the book give you an overview and allows you to make your own structured notes.
